Experienced local guide and tour manager, with a wide range of interests and knowledge, armed with a large dose of patience and humour, I am constantly striving to give the visitors in my care the best experience possible, a visit or holiday they will never forget.

I guide in German, French, Italian, Swiss German and English.

I enjoy guiding in museums, gardens, castles and cathedrals, in the countryside and in cities, by coach and on foot.

I  love guiding visitors around the major tourist sites we well as on specialized tours such as farm tours, history themed tours, garden tours, walking tours.

I have worked with groups from all corners of the world, mostly European countries as well as from USA, Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Iran and South Africa and more.

My guiding experience extends to specialized groups, Incentive groups, music groups, farmers, students.

I have travelled extensively, many years accompanying English speaking groups around Europe.

My personal interests are music, theatre, art, history and archaeology, agriculture and the countryside.

I have been travelling  in Europe and overseas including China, Russia, India, Cuba, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Senegal, Nepal and many others etc.

I am Swiss by origin, a qualified teacher. When I came to England I studied at London University finishing with a BA in French and German. I was teaching French and German in a London secondary School  for a number of years. I am experienced and happy to guide school groups.

However travelling became a passion and eventually my profession, for many years I was a Tour Manager in Europe with American groups and finally specialised London and the United Kingdom.

I have passed the Blue Badge guide exams for London and its environs and  the Blue Badge guide exams for Wales.

Avec des annees d’experience, une large gamme d’interets, beaucoup de patience e humour, mon but est d’offrire une visite inoubliable de la Grande Bretagne, soit Londres e ses alentours, l’Ecosse, la

Cornouaille, le Pays de Galles, l’Irlande et je suis fiere de donner une experience du patrimoine riche en histoire et une beaute naturelle.

Mes interets particuliers sont les Chateaux, les Cathedrales et Eglises, l’Architecture, l’Archeologie, la grande variete des Musees, aussi bien  que les magnifiques Jardins,  l’Agriculture.

Pendent longtemps j’ai guide des groupes partout en Europe, puis je me suis specialise pour la Grande Bretagne.

Je suis membre de l’Institut National des Guides qualifiees en G.B.  ( Blue Badge specialise pour Londres et ses alentours et pour le Pays de Galles.

J’ai aussi suivi des cours de specialisation pour guider en Cornouailles, dans les cathedrales de York, Lincoln, Wells, Salisbury et en Irlande.

Je sius d’origine Swiss Allemande e j'ai commence ma carriere comme institutrice diplomee en Suisse, une fois arrivee a Londres j’ai complete mes etudes a l’Universite de Londres avec une licence ( BA) en Allemand et Francais et j'ai  enseigne Allemand et Francais pendant plusieres annees dans un college a Londres. Je suis donc contente de guider des groupes scholaires.

Voyager etait devenu une de mes passions et j’ai decouvert le metier de Guide Touristique qui est devenu ma profession. J'ai accompagne des groupes Americain et Anglais partout en Europe,  mais aussi des groupes Chinois, de Hong Kong, de l'Indonesie et autres.

Maintenant je me concentre sur Londres et ses environs et le Pays de Galle,  des regions pour lesquelles  j'ai la licence officielle  (Blue Badge) mais je suis aussi guide/accompagnatrice  pour l'Agleterre, l'Ecosse et l'Irlande.
